Angela Rayner has revealed Labour's 'secret plot' to roll out hated ULEZ scheme across UK



In an interview with Sky after Labour's by-election defeat in Uxbridge, Angela Rayner admitted that the hated ultra low emission zone £12.50 driver tax "is coming to towns and cities across the whole of the UK."
