South Leicestershire residents FURIOUS over lack of clarity within new lockdown measures



LEICESTER will be the first British city to be placed back into lockdown to control an outbreak of coronavirus, Matt Hancock announced last night. However, the guidance has left some residents rather confused as MPs scramble for clarity.
