Mum loses all of her limbs after eating undercooked fish and catching deadly infection

Laura Barajas, 40, had her limbs amputated after she ate undercooked tilapia, which is believed to carry the vibrio vulnificus bacteria that infects between 150 and 200 Americans a year.
