Rishi Sunak urged to end ‘WASTEFUL’ foreign aid ‘Prioritise needs at home’



Rishi Sunak could scrap Britain's multi-billion pound overseas aid target to help pay off the massive debt left by the coronavirus crisis, Whitehall sources say. The Chancellor is understood to have told colleagues of his desire to announce an end to the Government's pledge to spend a sum equivalent to 0.7 percent of the UK's national output in his Budget this autumn.
