£80,000 payout for banker who lost his job to a younger woman



A VETERAN bank executive who claimed he was forced out of his job in favour of a younger woman has won a case of unfair dismissal. John Marshall, 61, worked more than 27 years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia London office and was head of finance and operations.
