Scientists stunned by haunting 1,4000-year-old discovery in church walls



SCIENTISTS were stunned after they discovered the ancient human remains of one of England's earliest saints hidden in a church's walls. Bones dating back to around the seventh century were identified as Saint Eanswythe, the only daughter of King Eadbald and his wife Emma, a Frankish princess.
